Does the strategy session cost anything?
No. The session is free and there's no obligation to go ahead with anything afterwards.
Do I need to be ready to buy or refinance?
Not at all. Many people book months before they act, so they can plan properly. The earlier you understand your position, the more options you usually have.
Can we meet online or by phone?
Yes. Choose phone or video when you book, or come in to our office at Shop 1 & 2 / 319 Condamine Street, Manly Vale. Sally works with clients Australia wide.
Can my partner join the session?
Of course. If you're borrowing together, it helps to have you both there.
I already have a loan with my bank. Is it still worth talking?
Yes. We're not a bank and we're not owned by one, so Sally can look at your current loan against options across our lender panel and tell you plainly whether a change makes sense.
